I personally take the view that art is defined by the possible experiences it induces.
Based on this, I find it very interesting
to induce
different experiences
using the
same stimulus,
while attention is being directed freely (but consciously).
This can be used to obtain concrete answers to various questions about art.
These answers are formulated not in words, but more directly: in terms of stimuli and induced experiences.
Examples of exciting questions are:
• What is music?
• What is visual abstraction?
• What is visual representation?
• What is it to exist?
